Our client was being charged with disorderly conduct stemming from his alleged actions during an early morning interaction with a downtown Orlando business owner. Our client was allegedly intoxicated and unruly, prompting the business owner to call for law enforcement, which led to him being arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. Shortly after The Modarres Law Firm was retained, we were able to successfully have the charges against our client fully dismissed and he faced no further prosecution or criminal sanctions.
