After a night of drinking, our client was being charged with trespassing. Celebrating his birthday, our client had been drinking and was disoriented. Unable to find his way home, he ended up in a parking garage and allegedly broke into a vehicle and fell asleep. After being discovered by a law enforcement officer patrolling the garage, our client was being charged with the second degree misdemeanor of trespassing in a structure or conveyance. The Modarres Law Firm was able to get the charges completely dismissed and our client faced no further prosecution or criminal sanctions.
